EDUCATE, ENGAGE, EMPLOY | Class 27 Leadership Prince George’s

On Saturday, April 13, 2013, Leadership Prince George’s Class 27 and the Prince George’s County Department of Social Services sponsored the 1st day a two-day educational/job fair “EDUCATE, ENGAGE, EMPLOY” for youth transitioning out of the Prince George’s County foster care system. Exciting professional development workshops were held to equip approximately 50 young people with college and career readiness tools to prepare them for next week’s Career Exploration Fair and future employment and educational opportunities.
